Who We Are
Finding and developing your next leader in one of our nation’s most critical establishments, education, is a cardinal decision–a decision that requires thorough search strategy and a deep understanding of the needs of both the board and the community. Given the pressing need for top-performing leaders and administrators, The Bryan Group places a particular focus on executive search for public school superintendents and private, charter, and parochial school leaders.
Our highly capable team is united under one goal: to introduce a new, but proven executive search process. We understand the universal traits that make a true leader and collaborative counterpart for your school board, and we’ve perfected the process of finding them.
This process embraces a research, data, and competency-based methodology to reduce both false positive and false negative candidate evaluations and dives well beneath surface-level characteristics. The way The Bryan Group approaches this method significantly increases confidence and ensures the time and energy invested in selecting a superintendent candidate is well worth the search.
