Do It Yourself (DIY)

A great solution for districts who need a high quality process that increases district capacity and is extremely affordable. By keeping execution in-house, culture and content fit the district and our goof-proof guidance materials ensure success.

Done With You (DWY)

A middle ground between DIY and DFY, DWY involves districts leading processes themselves, but receiving 1:1 support from the TBG team. DWY is more affordable than DFY and less time-consuming than DIY, creating a perfect solution for districts that want personal guidance as they develop their processes.

Done For You (DFY)

Our flagship service in which the TBG team leads all the activities of the process, involving the client district as much or as little as the district desires. Our expertise and legwork free up district staff and search committees to participate in the most impactful parts of the process. This is the best option for districts who need an objective third party to conduct search or evaluation.
